What marketplaces are supported?

Ethereum Marketplaces

MarketplaceIntegrationComments
OpenSeaConnect wallet to display NFTsWorks best for NFTs that where minted natively on Ethereum. Works inconsistently for NFTs that where bridged from another network (this is a problem with OpenSea, not Holograph).
LooksRareConnect wallet to display NFTsWorks best for NFTs that where minted natively on Ethereum.
RaribleConnect wallet to display NFTsWorks best for NFTs that where minted natively on Ethereum.

Polygon Marketplaces

Avalanche Marketplaces

Note

After bridging, some NFTs may not appear as expected on OpenSea. This is due to OpenSea’s NFT Indexer, which is not yet configured to accommodate natively composable multichain NFTs. NFT Indexers are used by marketplaces to read and display on-chain data. Because Holograph NFTs maintain the same contract address and tokenID on all networks, OpenSea’s NFT indexer gets confused and fails to properly index the NFT after bridging. That said, we have an open dialogue with their engineering team and are working on a solution.

What are the avergage NFT bridge transaction times?

FromToTime
EthereumPolygon~30 minutes
EthereumAvalanche~20 minutes
PolygonEthereum~30 minutes
PolygonAvalanche~30 minutes
AvalancheEthereum~5 minutes
AvalanchePolygon~15 minutes

Note

Bridge transaction times average between 20 to 30 minutes for most network combinations. This is due to a number factors like network congestion, supply of validators, and demand for transaction verification, all of which are outside the control of Holograph Protocol. Furthermore, Holograph uses LayerZero’s default block parameters, which are set to avoid potentially devastating chain reorganizations. That said, Holograph may modify these parameters in the future.
